Estate Planning FAQ Colorado

There is not a “one size fits all” answer to this question. Every person and every family is different, so your estate plan should be as unique as you are. We offer a free Initial Consultation to discuss estate plans that will best fit your particular situation. At the end of your Initial Consultation, you will have the attorney’s recommendation as to whether a will or trust is the best fit for you.

A team member will contact you to schedule your free Initial Consultation.

Almost all of our estate plans are done on a flat fee basis. The fee depends on the type and complexity of the estate plan. To find out the cost of a comprehensive estate plan designed to fit your needs, please complete our Legacy Design Worksheet, and schedule a free Initial Consultation. Providing comprehensive answers on the Worksheet will enable the attorney to recommend an estate plan (or plan options) that fit your needs. Once the attorney has established their plan recommendation, they will be able to tell you the cost of that specific plan and the value it will provide to you and your family in the future.
